Terms of Service

Last updated: April 19, 2026

By accessing or using SNAPSH (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

SNAPSH is a browser-based portal that hosts short arcade games about current events. The games are free to play and do not require an account.

Age requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe for vulnerabilities outside of good-faith security research; (c) scrape, mirror, or embed the Service in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement; (d) use the Service's branding or assets without written permission.

Content and opinions

Games on SNAPSH reference real-world events. Gameplay is dramatized and simplified for entertainment. Nothing on the Service constitutes news reporting, political endorsement, financial advice, or an official statement about any country, group, or individual.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Service's code, artwork, and branding are owned by the operator. Third-party libraries retain their respective licenses.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Colombia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
