Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 19, 2026
SNAPSH (“we,” “us”) is operated by an individual based in Colombia. We believe the best privacy policy is short because the product collects almost nothing. This page explains what that actually means.
What we collect
- Nothing that identifies you. We do not require accounts, email addresses, names, or any personal information to play our games.
- No analytics or tracking at launch. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker on this site. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics service in the future (such as a cookieless one), we will update this page before turning it on.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Railway) and our CDN (Cloudflare) may log basic request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL — for security, abuse prevention, and operating the service. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to profile visitors.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set tracking cookies. Our games may use
localStorage in your
browser to remember your personal best score for a given game (for
example, under the key
snapsh:best:hormuz-fury).
That data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time
from your browser settings.
Sharing
If you tap “Share,” your browser's native share sheet opens with the game's link and a short description. Sharing is entirely initiated by you, and we do not see the destination.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is effectively no profile to request, correct, export, or delete. That said, the following frameworks apply to anyone operating a site visible in their jurisdictions, and we respect them:
- Colombia — Ley 1581 de 2012. If you believe we have processed your personal data, you have the right to access it, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
- European Union — GDPR. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
- California — CCPA / CPRA. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
SNAPSH is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, when meaningful, note the change on the homepage.
